About Our Service

1pcp.online is a trading style of SOLVO SOLUTIONS LTD (Company No. 14760023), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for claims management referrals (FRN: 1013195).

We are a referral service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services or advice. If your claim appears eligible, we refer you to Harcus Parker Limited, trading as Parker Kerrigan, an SRA-regulated firm of solicitors. Parker Kerrigan will assess your potential claim and handle it directly if you choose to proceed.

Our Role

• We assess your initial eligibility for a car finance claim
• If eligible, we refer you to Harcus Parker Limited, trading as Parker Kerrigan, who will contact you directly
• Parker Kerrigan may pay us a referral fee - this is not passed on to you
• Your contractual relationship for handling the claim will be with Parker Kerrigan, not with 1pcp.online
• 1pcp.online acts only as an introducer - it does not process, run, or handle your claim

No Obligation

Our eligibility check is free and carries no obligation. If we refer you to Parker Kerrigan, you are under no obligation to proceed. You can withdraw at any time.

Your Right to Claim Directly

You do not need a claims management company or a solicitor to make a claim. You can contact your lender directly for free. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at no cost.

Your 14-Day Cancellation Right

When you enter into an agreement with Parker Kerrigan at a distance (online, by telephone, or by email), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a statutory right to cancel that agreement within 14 days, without giving a reason. Parker Kerrigan will set out how to exercise this right in the written information they provide before you sign up. This cancellation right applies to the contract with Parker Kerrigan, not to our free referral service.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the outcome of any claim. The success of any claim depends on the specific circumstances of the case. We are not liable for any decision made by Parker Kerrigan, the lender, or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
